All of our engineers are accredited to the highest level by attending/completing the relevant manufacturers training courses.

Account management & collaboration. We pride ourselves on providing excellent account management which is based on trust and being organized, all our records for each account are accurate within our CRM database.

We are constantly monitoring our client’s accounts to try to establish any business needs, we are aware unless you provide excellent account management then the likely hood is your clients/partners will look elsewhere.

All our staff have a attended a customer service course and one of the main aspects off this course was that to provide excellent customer service/account management/communications skills which are essential.

At present we have two apprentices who have been with us for two years and have progressed to such an extent that Atrium were recently presented with a special award for investment in staff via the apprenticeship scheme from Bury College.
